Job Description
As a Service Planner at Halliburton, you will be responsible for overseeing the SAP process from sales order creation to delivery preparation and invoicing. You will play a key role in ensuring operational accuracy, inventory management, and cost control. This position also requires strong coordination with service teams to achieve efficiency in order processing and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities

Manage SAP processes from order creation through invoicing

Ensure accuracy of requisitions and sales orders, securing proper sign-off

Commit and reconcile daily inventory records

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP order-to-cash issues
-
Create requisitions and process cost transfers to sales orders or mobile business units (MBU)

Create and manage standing maintenance orders for cost allocation
-
Provide backup support for quotation and sales order creation
-
Schedule personnel and equipment within sales orders and maintain scheduling board

Report on personnel utilization and equipment scheduling

Promote safety awareness, quality improvements, and compliance with HSE standards
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent education
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Planner I

Completion of basic intermediate order-to-cash training
-
Strong knowledge of SAP order-to-cash processes
-
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
-
Commitment to safety, environmental awareness, and continuous improvement
